• Two Words for Snow, a play in progress, read at Tarragon Theatre Playwrights' Unit, 12 December 1996; workshopped at Theatre Passe Muraille, Thousand Islands Playhouse and the Shaw Festival; to premiere at the 1999 PlayRites Festival in Calgary.
• Not Spain, Summerworks Festival and Summerworks Showcase, Tarragon Theatre, August-September 1994; nominated for a 1995 Chalmers Canadian Play Award; revised version, Theatre Passe Muraille, Toronto, and The Grand Theatre, London, January-March 1996; read at Emory University, Atlanta, March 1997.

• Woman with a Camera, a one-act play, performed at the Fringe of Toronto Festival, July 1993.
• Unrequited Pine, a music drama, performed at the Fringe of Toronto Festival, July 1993; developed at the Banff Centre's Composer/ Librettists' Symposium, March 1994.
• Something in Africa, a radio play written at the 1992 Banff Radio Drama Workshop.
• Paleface Flambe, a two-act play workshopped at the Academy of the Shaw Festival, 1991.
